How do you price your artwork?
Although we use a standardise format of price per square inch, each artwork may have a slightly different cost depending on the format, medium and time to complete. For instance, original paintings are priced higher to reflect their uniqueness whilst also allowing greater accessibility to art collection with products like limited edition prints.
What payment options are available?
So many! From Shop to PayPal and regular debit/credit card options, we have you covered.

In the unlikely event orders are received damaged, please contact us with pictures of the damage so we can find an appropriate solution.
Please note, certain items cannot be returned, such as original artworks or custom products (such as commissions).
Please see our Terms & Conditions page for more information.
How are you original pieces turned into prints?
Using a local printing service, original artworks are scanned into a computer and touched up to ensure they're of the best quality for printing. From here, the scanned artwork is then easily printed into various sizes and on various paper types.

How many limited edition prints do you make and why?
Prints are limited to reflect the uniqueness of the collection whilst also maintaining the value of each individual piece. Depending on the artwork, approx. 50 of each size will be available because of this.
Certificates of authenticity will also be included in any purchase to confirm its origin and provide value assurance. These are also provided when purchasing original pieces too.
How can I go about requesting a commission piece?
I love creating commission pieces for my customers! If you're interested in requesting an artwork made just for you, head over to our Commissions page to find out more.
Simply fill in the enquiry form on that page with your ideas and specifications and Laura Jayne will be in touch shortly.
What are art murals and why do you only do them in certain areas?
Art murals are pieces of artwork created directly on a wall or permanent surface. This can include anything from sea animals in a nursery to flower in a lounge, even paintings on outside building walls.
Due to the complexity and time it takes to complete murals to the highest standard, travel time needs to be considered throughout the process. Typically, I prefer to work within a few hours driving distance of home (Norwich) to ensure enough time is available each day to paint. However, if you are based further than this, additional considerations can be made for extended travel and the possibility of staying close by.
Please visit the Art Murals page for more information.
