Payment, Shipping & Returns

Shipping is predominantly available for the UK, Ireland and Europe at this time. For any other countries, please get in touch for bespoke delivery options.

Unless specified, all shipping is purchased as tracked delivery with Royal Mail:

UK & Ireland: 24hr & 48hr tracked delivery from £3.55

Europe: tracked delivery from £8.00

Free delivery is available in the UK for orders over £100 for prints and £300 for original artwork. Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout using package weight and size.

All orders aim to be dispatched within 1 week of orders being placed.

Payment plans are also available using Klarna.

All customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of purchase. Initially, please contact info@laurajaynedesign.org to allow us to resolve any issues. If a return is still required, we will then send shipping instructions. All return costs are the responsibility of the client.

When returning orders, any pieces must be returned within 14 working days in the same condition as you received them- unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required for both the original purchase and return shipping. Once we have received your returned item, and confirmed its status, we will refund your order within 10 working days.

We do our best to ensure colour accurate photography and descriptions with all products. We recommend products are viewed on multiple devices to minimise variation in colour calibrations. Please do also make sure to fully ready any descriptions of the product(s) before purchasing. If you have any queries about a product, please get in touch before purchasing.

In the unlikely event that orders are received damaged, please contact us with pictures of the damaged so we can find an appropriate solution.

Please note, certain items cannot be returned, including original artworks and custom products (such as commissions).

Product Creation & Pricing

I use a standardised format based on price per square inch to price my artwork. However, this base price can vary depending on the format, medium and complexity of artworks. Limited edition prints are then priced according to value of the original painting and any production costs.

All pricing is set and non-negotiable. This also applied for quotes provided for commissions and murals, however designs and complexities can be changed to fit finance expectations. Payment options, including third party finance and payment plans, are available.

Using a local printing service, original artworks are professional scanned into a computer and touched up to match original colours and remove any imperfections. From here, the scanned artwork is then easily printed onto high quality paper in various sizes.

All prints are made to order using giclee printing for the highest quality products.

Prints are limited to reflect the uniqueness of the collection, allowing my artwork to reach a wider audience whilst also maintaining the value of each original artwork. Depending on the original piece and the number of print sizing types created, approx. 50 to 75 of each print size will be available.

Certificates of authenticity will also be included in any purchase to confirm its origin and provide value assurance. These are also provided when purchasing original pieces too.

All artwork, both prints and original pieces, should be placed away from direct sunlight so to not impact the integrity and colour of the piece. Prints should ideally be in frames with UV protected glass or other mediums.

If needing to clean the artwork, such as dusting, please only use a clean dry cloth and wipe down carefully.

Commissions & Murals

Art murals are pieces of artwork created directly on a wall or permanent surface. This can include anything from sea animals in a nursery to flowers on a lounge feature wall, even paintings on outside building walls.

Art murals are an opportunity to replace home decor, such as wallpaper, with artwork that is unique and specifically designed to you and your space.

Within my standard quotations, I typically allow for a few hours drive from my home. This allows me to provide a full painting session without travel time eating into the day. Based in Norwich, this means I primarily cover the East Anglian and Cambridgeshire region.

However, I do consider art murals beyond this region so please do still get in touch. Please note, quotations will factor in the need for any additional travel time or stay costs.
